Thai Kickboxing/Muay Thai are contact sports. Bulldog Muay Thai has a well established and proven system to bring beginners to aceive whatever goal they desire to strive for! Everyone begins in the MT 101 Course which typically requires 6-7 weeks to graduate into the Novice Level. Further development continues into the Intermediate Level and for those that seek more, Advanced level.
Bulldog Muay Thai also offers strength training, powerlifting and personal training. Strength training offers a great benefit to not only Muay Thai, but also to overall general fitness. We are not a “crossfit” gym, but you will not only get amazingly strong but will lose fat, build muscle and give yourself a healthier way to reduce stress.
