I found this article written by Jim Wendler. Being that I train my lifters annd fighters in my garage, I thought it was a good read. It makes perfect sense beacuse it can do things like:
– Eliminate the distractions that a commercial gym has
– If your lifting with your buddies or like minded people it builds a bond and comraderie
– You can lift on your own schedule and terms and not have to travel
